Master of Professional Studies Degree Programs

The Penn State College of IST has responded by creating three master of professional studies (MPS) degree programs that target seasoned professionals and leverage their extensive industry knowledge.

MPS in Information Sciences

The 33-credit Master of Professional Studies in Information Sciences (MPS in IS) online degree program is designed for professionals and organizational leaders who want to take on greater responsibilities related to information technology, and for those who want to transition into a career that uses information sciences to support decision making.

The Information Assurance and Decision Support (IADS) option focuses on information analysis, cyber security, information assurance, and decision support.
